Juicy and delicious fruit, characterized by its fleshy consistency and low saturated fats, cholesterol and sodium. Filled up with tons of vitamin A and C which make this fruit an incredible source of antioxidants.

Hass Avocado
Creamy fruit of intense taste adding low quantity of carbohydrates and calories to our daily diet.
Packed with healthy fats which support overall nutrient´s absorption process, reducing “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides and increasing “good” cholesterol (HDL).
Availability: March to August.
Murcott / Satsuma Tangerine
Fruit of soft pulp and less sourness compared with other citrus fruits, rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene and essential oils.
Loaded with lots of potassium, which is fundamental for water balance of cells, as well as calcium and magnesium.
Availability: July to October.
